Every Tuesday and Friday at 9:30 we would love to have you join us to tour our Gardens. You will feel the joy of being surrounded by flowers, hummingbirds, birds and butterflies while tasting the different flavors of the more than 70 aromatic plants, fruits, vegetables we grow to use in our restaurants, in our rooms, and to nourish our staff. Our gardens are cultivated according to Agroecological Principles with much care, awareness, and love. Your tour will be led by our resident PhD Ethnobotanist, Teresa Egea.
