Culinary Adventures

Private cooking lessons:

Learn and delight in a cooking lesson with one of our congenial executive chefs in the Garden Kitchen.  You and up to five of your friends spend 2 hours with chef harvesting produce in our garden to use in preparing an al fresco lunch..  $65 per person includes a Mexican wine paired with your meal.

Group cooking lessons:

Join a group of guests on a culinary trip through Mexico without ever getting in the car. Together with our executive chefs in our garden teaching kitchen, you prepare a three-course meal with other hotel guests. Make new friends and create a masterfully delicious meal. $65 per person (groups up to 15 persons).

Culinary Field Trips:

Field trips to near-by organic farms, local ranches where goat cheese is made or the pottery community that makes many of our dishes and terra cotta cooking vessels can be arranged for up to 6 guests.  $65 per person

Wine tasting:

Enjoy an educational journey through Mexican and South American wines.  A wine specialist will lead the group through a one-hour tasting with paired appetizers.  $40 per person
